We received a credit voucher to use after booking and not being able to travel last year due to COVID and lockdowns etc, but feel the existing cancellation policy could be more flexible to appeal to more holidaymakers.

O chuveiro continua a funcionar super mal. A pressão é tão pouca que é difícil tirar o champô do cabelo. Uma vez que em baixo tem pressão, julgo que substituir o chuveiro resolva o problema.
