Description
Villa Eden, a beautiful 4-bedroom 4-bathroom villa with swimming pool, is ideally suited for large family groups. It is located in Mato Serrão, just a few minutes' walk into the town of Carvoeiro.
The accommodation consists of four bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and is equipped with air-conditioning throughout.
The living/dining area is spacious and overlooks the pool terrace from the top floor. The fully-fitted and equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob plus other appliances.
The swimming pool, at the rear of the property, has a large terraced space surrounding it - there is also an outdoor shower.
The garden is fenced and the property has plenty of covered terraces that offer comfortable seating and includes a gas barbecue.
Electric gates open on to a driveway where there is private parking.
As with all our properties, the villa has free Wi-Fi and multi-language television channels. It sleeps eight people and has an area 309m².
The village of Carvoeiro is a short drive away and offers a host of cafés, bars, shops, numerous superb restaurants, a beach and various activities such as boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area, a scuba diving centre, kayaking, pedaloes and much much more. The village also hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.
Lagoa is also very close with several large supermarkets where you can stock up on favourite items and a modern shopping mall with clothes shops, domestic outlets and restaurants is 20-minutes away.
There are three water parks in the Algarve, all within a 30-minute drive of the villa. The closest, Slide and Splash is just 5km away. Some may have a shuttle service offered so check with local ticket outlets.
If you are an animal lover, Lagos Zoo is also only a 30- to 40-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children.
We strongly advise you to take out comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover, personal belongings and public liability.
No stag/hen parties or similar groups are allowed.
No excessive noise between the hours of 11pm (23h00) and 7am (07h00).

Second time at the Villa and it ticks all the boxes. Super clean, so comfortable, all you need from a villa holiday for a family of 8 with ages ranging from 11 to 80. No hesitation in recommending. Walk down to town is manageable, taxi back is 5 eusee more

Walk down to town is manageable, taxi back is 5 euros. Pool and garden area are so comfortable, loungers perfect, we had a few garden parties with friends. Kitchen well equipped for everything we needed. Cannot recommend this villa enough for a family holiday, the Villa can make a holiday and this one certainly made ours.

Outside great furniture, great pool and gardens. We felt very safe at all times. Algarve Holiday lets, gave great information before arrival. The app was easy to use and had everything we needed. We had friends visit who were blown away by the villa. Location ideal, a stroll down into town 15 mins max and a cab back 5 mins back. The villa made the holiday.
