The ground floor welcomes you with a generous entrance hall leading into a large bright, airy living room equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom the second bedroom on this level is furnished with twin beds, perfect for kids or friends. An additional lounge area with international channels flows seamlessly into the open-plan kitchen and dining space—fully equipped for everything from light breakfasts to full family feasts. From here you will step outside through large patio doors onto the private terrace, where you'll find plenty of comfortable seating and sun loungers surrounding the large saltwater pool.
Upstairs, there are two spacious double bedrooms that share a modern bathroom one of these bedrooms has a private balcony. Also on this level there is a large sun-drenched terrace with views across the surrounding area.

Outdoor living is just as well catered for, with multiple shaded lounging and dining areas, a full outdoor kitchen and covered dining area featuring a wood-fired BBQ and gas stove, and even a separate WC for convenience.
